Intimate Fittings by Michelle, LLC, offers bra fittings for all women. We specialize in custom bra fittings and prosthetics for breast surgery recipients; such as Lumpectomy and Mastectomy clients. We accept and bill insurance companies for select specialty bras, prosthetics and services. In addition, our intimacy care products include beautiful satin bonnets, matching scarves and satin pillow case covers in an array of vibrant colors, patterns and sizes. We are conveniently located south of the James and accept all clients by appointment only.
Michelle loves helping to bra fit women from around the World. She is committed herself to helping people by turning their challenges of getting the right bra fit and to feel beautiful on the outside as they are inside! Michelle strives to help them understand how one can be beautiful by simply recognizing and understanding their own values. She has an infectious passion and enthusiasm for beauty, life, travel, a holistic approach to the World, and the greatest treasure of all, interacting with people. She loves to have fun, try out new things, keeps abreast of new trends and fashion colors for women foundations from the various brands, enjoy being around others, learning everyday and sharing experiences!

Biography
Michelle Bland is the President & Founder of Intimate Fittings by Michelle, LLC. She was diagnosed in July 2004 with breast cancer and underwent reconstructive breast surgery in August 2010. As a breast cancer survivor Michelle was appointed a Board Member for the Susan G. Komen Maryland affiliate which afforded her the opportunities to participate on panel discussions, provide interviews on television news stations & radio talk shows advocating for women; expressing the importance of regular mammograms as preventative care. In addition, Michelle has been featured as a published writer of two articles for the Maryland Women's Journal on "Breast Cancer" while currently serving as a volunteer with the Susan G. Komen Foundation here in Central Virginia. Michelle's personal life experience as a Breast Cancer Survivor and her extensive training and work as a Certified Bra Fitter provides her insight and knowledge in providing "The Perfect Bra Fit" for all women with a specialty in measurements for prosthetics for breast cancer survivors and breast surgery recipients .
